Quality Story

A consumer’s experience with a product or brand will directly influence their attitudes and purchasing patterns. The better their experience, the higher their propensity to purchase more of those same products and brands. And quality is a key factor in that experience.

At Griffin International, we take pride in the quality of our products. Our commitment to excellence is demonstrated by the measures we’ve put in place to ensure a positive brand and product experience for every consumer.

Supply Chain Links

As a global citizen with worldwide relationships, good communication is essential to the quality assurance process. Our teams, clients, and partners are all connected through 21st century technology platforms that facilitate communication while increasing manufacturing process efficiencies and retailer profitability.

Audits, Inspections, and Tests

Before we partner with a new factory, we contract a 3rd party to audit their facility and review their quality assurance processes. Once we are engaged in production, we follow ISO9000 testing standards to inspect every order before it leaves the factory floor. In addition, we intermittently select products from the manufacturing line and send them to a 3rd party for random product safety testing.

Clear Consumer Guidance

Our commitment to quality includes two important supplementary areas of the customer’s experience: package design and product instruction manuals. Our in-house creative team designs innovative product packaging that helps consumers understand our products before they buy. Once consumers get the product home, their out-of-box experience is further enhanced by the product’s concise, accurate, and well-written instruction manual.

A Focus on Customer Care

Our customer care department is housed at the Griffin International corporate office in Minneapolis. This allows our customer care agents to understand our products inside and out, enabling them to provide top-notch assistance. This service also allows us to provide customer feedback to our product teams quickly and directly.
